Italian artist Francesco Camillo Giorgino, also known as Millo, paints large-scale murals that feature friendly inhabitants exploring their urban setting. He uses simple black and white lines with dashes of color when necessary, and often incorporates elements of architecture into his multi-story paintings. His site-specific street murals that adorn buildings with a cast of curious characters painted in primarily black and white.
Millo adds subtle color to his works, highlighting hearts, thermometers, and vegetation with shades of red and green. His most recent mural is titled In Bloom and was painted in Milan. Francesco actually won the B.Art award in 2014 which allowed him to create 13 huge frescos on the side of buildings in the Italian city of Turin. His other works have been showcased all across the globe in cities including London, Rome, Milan, Chicago, Rio de Janeiro, and Florence.
