French artist and illustrator Guy Billout’s born in Decize in 1941 who has created topsy-turvy illustrations has a tendency to magnify one’s anxieties, whilst offering humor and a look into a bizarro version of society. His clean, minimal aesthetic, mixed with funny visual nuances, is wonderfully mesmerizing.
