Born in France and raised in Mexico, Fernando Laposse is an industrial designer whose involvement with food art has came up with the new idea of artwork. He creates a striking rainbow-colored champagne, cocktail or shot glasses to serve refined drinks using sugar and corn syrup.
Fernando taking influences from Murano glass art and cinema break away glass props. These sugar glass start to slowly dissolve, to progressively render the content sweeter. The process looks more like completing a complex chemistry experiment than like cooking.
