Salted Caramel Milkshake

Salted Caramel Milkshake

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 3 cups of vanilla ice cream

Directions: Melt sugar in a saucepan on medium heat until it gets a dark-amber tint (for 3-4 minutes). Take off heat. Pour the milk, then add butter and salt. Thoroughly mix Put back on heat for another 2 minutes and continue stirring. Pour into another pan and let it cool for 3 minutes.Put the ice cream in a blender and carefully pour the caramel mix. Mix until smooth.

 

Strawberry Milkshake in Chocolate Glaze

Strawberry Milkshake in Chocolate Glaze

You will need:

  • 3 cups of strawberries
  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/5 tablespoons (20 g) of unsalted butter
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) chocolate
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder

Directions: Soften the butter in a microwave oven. Chop chocolate and add to the butter. Mix together until it’s smooth. Add cocoa powder and mix again. Mix ice cream and strawberries together in a blender. Pour the chocolate mass into the glass, then add the ice cream and strawberry mix. Before serving, decorate with strawberries.

 

Banana Milkshake

You will need:

  • 1 banana
  • 7 oz (200 g) ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) of milk

Directions: Peel and slice the banana. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into glasses and enjoy your delicious milkshake!

 

Chocolate Milkshake

You will need:

  • 3.5 oz (100 g) dark chocolate
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) hot water
  • 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) milk
  • 7 oz (200 g) chocolate ice cream

Directions: Pour hot water over 4/5 of chocolate and mix in a blender. Grate the rest of the chocolate on a grater. Add chocolate ice cream and milk and mix again. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 7 oz (200 g) of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 small cupcake
  • jam (optional)
  • whipped cream (optional)

Directions: Mix milk, ice cream and the cupcake until it’s smooth and fluffy. Pour into glasses, add jam and mix. Top it with whipped cream. Serve immediately.

You will need:

  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of whipping cream
  • 2 cups (480 ml) of milk
  • vanilla sugar to taste

Directions: Peel and slice the banana. Mix together honey, lemon juice, milk, banana and oats in a blender. Whip the cream. Pour the milkshake into glasses and top it with whipped cream.

 

Coffee Milkshake

You will need:

  • 1.7 oz (50 ml) of espresso
  • 6.8 oz (200 ml) of milk
  • a pinch of vanilla sugar
  • 8 cubes of ice
  • 2.5 oz (70 g) of ice cream

Directions: Mix together milk, vanilla sugar, milk and coffee in blender. Add ice and mix again. Pour the milkshake into the glasses and serve.
